Anne R. Dwyer, is a partner at the firm and has been with Thomas J. Dwyer & Associates since 2005.  She received undergraduate degrees in Business and French from her studies at St. Norbert College in DePere, Wisconsin and the Université de Strasbourg in France. Anne competed on the Women’s Varsity Tennis team every year while at St. Norbert, leading as Captain in her senior year. In 2002, Anne joined the Treasury Management Sales Group at LaSalle Bank as an associate and completed their Credit Training Program for Commercial Lending. Anne left LaSalle to pursue a legal career, working for TJD & Associates full-time by day while attending The University of Illinois at Chicago Law School  (f/k/a John Marshall Law School), at night. She earned her Juris Doctor degree in 3.5 years and was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2009. Anne’s primary practice areas are Estate Planning, Estate/Trust Administration, Probate Administration and Tax (individual income, fiduciary income, gift/estate tax, business entity tax). 

Anne is an officer on the Board of Trustees for the River Forest Community Center, serving as Chairman of the Board which keeps her very active in civic matters in the Oak Park River Forest communities. She resides in River Forest, Illinois with her husband, John, and two sons, Luke and Emmet. Anne and family are members of the River Forest Tennis Club where they enjoy tennis, pickle, swimming, and the casual camaraderie unique to this club. Other interests include cooking, French culture, hiking, cross country skiing, platform tennis, and seeing live music with family and friends.
